Don has over 16 years of experience in various management positions working with the leaders in the medical aesthetics industry, including Palomar, Sciton, Sound Surgical Technologies, and Venus Concept. Since 2005, he has adopted an extensive background in the physics of LASER, IPL, Ultrasound, and Radio Frequency. Don has played an integral part in over two dozen successful new product launches of surgical and non-surgical devices. He holds a B.S. degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.
