Overview

Skill Level: Advanced

This advanced Empire PRO training introduces medical professionals to one of the most rapidly growing areas in male aesthetic medicine: non-surgical penile enhancement using dermal fillers. Taught by Dr. Chris Croley, Chief Medical Officer at Empire Medical Training, this in-depth course combines anatomical precision with expert-level safety protocols to deliver clinically sound, reproducible results in male intimate aesthetics.

Covering both hyaluronic acid (HA) and hyperdilute CaHA options, participants will gain mastery in patient selection, consultation, injection technique, volume strategy, and post-treatment care. With an emphasis on safety, ethics, and patient psychology, this course equips Empire PRO providers to perform male enhancement treatments that improve girth, symmetry, and patient confidence—while minimizing complications.

This training is designed exclusively for licensed injectors who have completed foundational dermal filler education and are ready to expand their skill set into intimate anatomy and sexual wellness procedures.

Highlights

  • Advanced Male Genital Anatomy Review: Learn external, internal, and neurovascular structures relevant to filler placement—and how to avoid functional disruption or injury.
  • Plane-Specific Injection Strategy: Master the subcutaneous injection plane between Dartos and Buck’s fascia for safe and aesthetic outcomes.
  • Cannula vs. Needle Protocol: Understand why blunt-tip cannulas are preferred, how to choose length and gauge, and how to enter the shaft at optimal angles.
  • HA vs. CaHA Product Selection: Compare rheologic profiles, risks, and use cases for hyaluronic acid and hyperdilute CaHA, including blended strategies.
  • Patient Psychology & Screening: Learn how to identify red flags, rule out body dysmorphia, and establish healthy, realistic expectations.
  • Volume Planning & Dosing Guide: Apply structured protocols for first-time and returning patients, including typical starting doses (5–8 mL) and build-up phases (10–15 mL across 2–3 sessions).
  • Emergency Protocols & Complication Management: Get clear steps for handling nodules, vascular occlusion, and filler migration, including hyaluronidase dosing and adjunct therapies.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this course suitable for beginner injectors?
A: No. This course is intended only for advanced injectors who are already proficient in dermal filler technique and have completed foundational training.

Q: Can I perform this procedure using a needle?
A: Cannula is the gold standard for this procedure due to reduced risk of vascular injury. Needle use is not recommended except by highly experienced injectors in specific cases.

Q: How much filler do most patients need?
A: Initial sessions typically require 5–8 mL, with most patients building up to 10–15 mL across 2–3 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

Q: Is HA or CaHA better?
A: HA is safer, reversible, and more forgiving—ideal for most patients. CaHA must be hyperdiluted and is recommended only for advanced injectors.

Q: Will this training qualify me to perform the procedure independently?
A: This course provides in-depth didactic and visual training.

Q: What about patient discomfort or anesthesia?
A: Topical BLT compounded cream with occlusion is usually sufficient. Dorsal penile nerve block may be used, but is often unnecessary.
